​1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the contractual relationship between AforAnything, located at Bergensesteenweg 1600 Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, Belgium, registered under number BE0747.611.167, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller," and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website www.aforanything.be, hereinafter referred to as "the Client."

2. Products

The Seller offers for sale jewelry items such as rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and single earrings. Each product is presented on the website with a description of its main features. Product photos are non-contractual.

 

3. Prices

Product prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with the understanding that the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time the Client confirms the order.

4. Order

To place an order, the Client must follow the steps indicated. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The Seller confirms the acceptance of the order by sending a confirmation email to the Client's provided email address. The sale will only be considered final after the dispatch of this confirmation and the full payment of the order price.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Client may pay for their purchases by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method accepted by the Seller. Transactions made on the website are secured by an SSL encryption system.

6. Delivery

The Seller delivers products within Belgium and the rest of Europe. Delivery times are indicated at the time of order and may vary depending on the destination and product availability. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by transport services or in cases of major force.

 

7. ​Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the Client has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify any reason or pay any penalties. To exercise this right, the Client must notify the Seller in writing (email or letter). The products must be returned in their original condition and complete, accompanied by the invoice, to the address provided by the Seller. Return shipping costs are borne by the Client.

8. Warranties

Products sold benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Belgian Civil Code and the provisions of European Directive 1999/44/EC. In the event of non-conformity or hidden defects, the Client may choose between repairing or replacing the product, or requesting a refund.

9. Personal Data Protection

The Seller is committed to respecting the confidentiality of the personal data provided by the Client when placing an order. This data is collected and processed primarily for the following purposes:

• Processing and fulfilling orders.

• Managing the client file, including handling complaints and after-sales service.

• Sending commercial information, promotions, or newsletters, provided the Client has expressly consented.

The Client may object to the use of their data for direct marketing purposes at any time by sending a request to the Seller at the following address: aforanything20@gmail.com.

The Client’s personal data is retained for the time necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes or as required by law. The Seller commits to not sharing this data with third parties without the Client's authorization, except when necessary for the execution of the contract (e.g., delivery) or to comply with legal obligations.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Client has the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, and transfer their personal data. These rights can be exercised by contacting the Seller at aforanything20@gmail.com.

10. Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for failure to fulfill the contract in cases of product stock shortages, product unavailability, force majeure, total or partial disruption or strike of postal services, transport, and/or communication services, or in case of damages resulting from the use of the internet.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website, including texts, images, logos, and graphics, are the exclusive property of the Seller and are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, exploitation, or use, even partial, of these elements is strictly prohibited without the prior authorization of the Seller.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) are subject to Belgian law. In case of any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these TCS, the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to specific legal provisions granting jurisdiction. This jurisdiction applies unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws, where the court of the consumer's residence may have jurisdiction.

13. Modification of the TCS

The Seller reserves the right to modify these TCS at any time. The applicable TCS are those in effect at the time the Client places the order.
